Eliminator Lighting is excited to announce the new Flux FX, a distinctive multi-effect LED fixture designed to unlock huge creative potential for lighting designers, DJs, bands, venues, and entertainment productions. Combining powerful amber blinder effects, vibrant RGB color, animated halo effects, and continuous 360° movement, this versatile fixture brings a unique combination of light and motion to any lighting system.
Designed for maximum flexibility, the Flux FX can be positioned vertically on its included floor base or mounted overhead using the two included mounting brackets and compatible rigging clamps, sold separately. From floor level behind performers or around a DJ booth to elevated positions on truss, the fixture provides a dynamic new way to fill the visual space with movement, color, and layered effects.
At the heart of the Flux FX are six high-output 40W amber COB LED blinder strips. These powerful light sources produce an intense, warm output that delivers dramatic blinder effects and bold aerial looks when combined with fog or haze. Each amber source is housed within a circular assembly featuring a textured rear reflector and protective metal grille.
Surrounding each blinder strip is a ring of 32 RGB color-mixing LEDs. These provide saturated background color, animated patterns, and additional visual depth, while a further halo of 31 RGB LEDs around the outside of each circular assembly creates eye-catching chases and accent effects. Together, these three layers of light allow the Flux FX to generate a huge variety of looks from a single fixture.
The six circular assemblies are arranged in pairs and mounted to rotating bases, delivering continuous 360° movement. This enables the effects to sweep across a stage when floor-mounted, rise vertically behind performers, or move downward from an overhead truss position. Multiple fixtures can also be combined to create symmetrical movements, layered patterns, and more complex visual designs.

For advanced programming, the Flux FX provides individual DMX control of the amber blinders, RGB background sections, and RGB halo rings. Three DMX modes — 24, 34, and 64 channels — provide options for both streamlined operation and detailed programming of movements, colors, chases, and layered sequences.
The fixture also offers extensive standalone functionality for users who want impressive results without creating custom DMX programming. It includes 20 built-in amber LED programs, 30 RGB background programs, and 85 RGB halo programs. Auto, Sound Active, and Primary-Secondary modes provide additional options for synchronized and music-driven shows, making the Flux FX suitable for clubs, bands, DJs, venues, and mobile entertainment applications.
Ultra-smooth 0–100% dimming allows for seamless fades and precise intensity control, while 3-pin XLR DMX input and output connections make integration with existing lighting systems straightforward. Indoor locking power input and output connections support convenient daisy chaining, while universal voltage operation and fan cooling ensure dependable performance.
Whether used as a powerful floor effect, an animated overhead fixture mounted to truss, or as part of a larger multi-fixture installation, the Flux FX adds another dimension to conventional lighting systems.
